Governance of space in Europe. Triangle between ESA, EC and Member States 

During the first day of the Plenary two sessions are foreseen aiming at achieving conclusions on the topics previously discussed in the EISC Workshop (Madrid, 23-24/03/2015). In particular, the current situation in Europe in terms of space governance will be discussed by the so-called Space Triangle (EC, ESA and Member States), as well as its evolution, focusing on the period covered by the current financial perspectives of the European Union (2014-2020).

European and national legislation related to space

During the second day of the Plenary one session is foreseen to develop a better knowledge and discuss the evolution of the national and European legislation related to space activities in the different European countries, aiming at maximising the benefits that space infrastructures brings to the European citizens as well as at strengthening the competitiveness of the European space sector in a global market.
